This notice covers this website only. Enquiries you send us by email, WhatsApp, or phone are handled under the same principle: we keep what we need to quote and ship an order, and nothing else.

What we collect on this site

The site has no accounts or newsletter. Our enquiry form prepares a message in your email client or WhatsApp using the details you enter. It does not submit those details to a website database. Contact buttons also open your email client, WhatsApp, or phone app. You choose whether to send a message or place a call; the receiving service then handles that communication under its own privacy policy.

Depending on which measurement tools are enabled, the site uses:

Google Analytics 4. Sets cookies (names beginning _ga) that count page views, scrolls, and file downloads so we can see which product pages and spec sheets buyers actually read. Where prior consent is required, these cookies are set only after you accept.
Google Ads conversion tracking. Sets cookies (names beginning _gcl) that let us see which search led a buyer to click an enquiry button or download a spec sheet. This is what tells us which of our product pages are worth keeping. Where prior consent is required, these cookies are set only after you accept, and Google's tag is instructed to redact advertising identifiers until then.
OpenAI ads measurement. With your consent, we report clicks on email, WhatsApp, phone, specification-sheet and company-profile links to measure responses to our ChatGPT ads. These events represent interest, not confirmed enquiries or sales. Our event code sends no form contents or purchase values. OpenAI receives event times, our website origin and attribution/browser identifiers. If automatic advanced matching is enabled, the pixel can also send hashed customer identifiers detected on the site. We mark our events to opt out of future user-level personalization. Vercel Analytics. Counts page views and clicks without cookies and without building a profile of you. It reports aggregates: how many visitors read a grading guide, which country they browsed from, which downloads are popular.

Our hosting provider also processes the technical data any web server sees, including your IP address, browser, and the page requested, to deliver pages and block abuse.

Cookies and your choice

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies above stay switched off until you accept them in the banner. OpenAI measurement requires a separate recorded acceptance in every region; an older Google-only acceptance does not enable it. Declining loses you nothing: every page, product spec, and download stays available, and we simply see less about which pages and searches work.

OpenAI uses the first-party cookies __oppref (ad attribution, 30 days after a captured ad reference) and __obref (browser reference, 365 days from creation). Browser restrictions can shorten these lifetimes. Withdrawing consent stops future OpenAI measurement and removes these cookies; it does not undo data already sent.

Your answer is remembered in your browser's local storage so you are not asked on every page. To change it, use the Change cookie choice button at the end of this page: the banner comes back and your new answer replaces the old one. Your browser can also block or delete cookies for this site at any time.

We do not sell data and we do not run advertising networks of our own. The measurement described above involves Google, OpenAI and our hosting provider, which means data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers publish. Enquiry details may be shared with a shipping line, freight forwarder, inspection body, or bank when that is necessary to execute an order you have placed.

How long we keep things

Google measurement data is retained according to the settings of our Google accounts and the applicable provider policies. OpenAI measurement data is retained under its applicable policies; the cookie lifetimes above are not conversion-data retention periods. Trade correspondence and order documents are kept for as long as commercial and customs record-keeping rules require, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, or to withdraw consent you gave earlier. Write to sales@nusantaraorigins.com and we will answer. Measurement identifiers may allow a provider to associate events with a browser or ad interaction. We can help direct a request about provider-held measurement data to the relevant provider.

Changes

We update this notice when the tools on the site change. The version you are reading is the current one. If we ever add a tool that needs a wider answer than the one you gave, we will ask you again rather than assume your earlier answer still covers it.
