The offer at a glance

Confirm fit before you spend time on a full brief

Coffee that matches your programme
Arabica and robusta, green or contract roasted, across five Indonesian islands with grade options shown in the tables below.
Volume checked against your shipment month
Minimums are listed lot by lot. Send your required kilograms or container count and we will confirm graded, unsold, or forward-contract volume.
Terms for your destination
Green coffee can be quoted FOB, CFR, or CIF. Roasted coffee can be quoted FOB, CIF, or DAP to the named port or warehouse.
A documented lot, not a generic promise
Quotes are confirmed against grading data. Green samples include the grading sheet, and sample courier cost is credited against the first contract.
One request, one commercial reply
Name the coffee, grade, volume, shipment month, and destination. The Jakarta desk will return suitable lots, current pricing, and sample options.

Get pricing for your shortlisted lots

Tell us what must match, how much you need, and where it must arrive. We will reply with available lots, the right trade term, and sample options.

Submitting opens the request in your email app so you can review it before sending. We normally reply within one business day and use your details only for this enquiry.

What a quote off this list is based on

Five things move the number: the grade you name off the ladder, the volume per shipment, the shipment month, the incoterm and destination port, and whether the lot has to ship under a certification programme. Green is quoted FOB, CFR, or CIF; roasted is quoted FOB, CIF, or DAP because a packed retail product usually has to land at a warehouse rather than a quay. Certified volume is finite and allocated at harvest, so an Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, or 4C contract has to be booked earlier than a conventional one at the same grade. Every quote is confirmed lot by lot against the signed grading sheet, and the grade on that sheet is the grade on the contract.

Samples, and getting the Monday list by email

Green samples go out at 300 g per lot with the grading sheet and the cup score. Roasted approval samples go out at 1 to 2 kg per profile, which is enough coffee to brew repeatedly before a production batch is scheduled. Courier cost is credited against your first contract, and dispatch is usually within two working days of the request. The desk also sends an availability list every Monday to buyers who ask to be on it, which is the fastest way to see new crop lots as they are graded rather than waiting for this page to be reviewed.

Questions about the offer list

Prices, volume, grades, and how current the list is.

Why does this offer list not show coffee prices?

Because a single number would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. The same island lot prices differently at Grade 1 and Grade 4, at half a container and at three containers, on a February shipment and an August one, and on CIF Rotterdam against FOB Tanjung Priok. Name the lots, the grade, the volume, and the destination and the desk quotes against that, usually within one business day.

How do I check how much of a lot is available right now?

Ask, and ask against a shipment month. The volume column says request rather than showing a tonnage because this site has no live link to the warehouse, and a number published here would be stale within days. The desk answers with what is graded and unsold, what is still in the mill, and what can be contracted forward against the coming harvest.

Which grade do the lots on this list default to?

Grade 1 under SNI 01-2907, because that is the grade most buyers shortlist on and it is the one the published cup scores were measured at. The full ladder is quoted on request: Grade 1 to Grade 6 on arabica, and Grade 1 to Grade 6 with the 4a and 4b split on robusta. Each grade carries its own minimum, so two grades of one lot are two contract lines.

How current is this Indonesian coffee offer list?

The date under the heading is the day the desk last reviewed the list, and it covers which lots are being offered rather than the tonnage behind each one. Grades, minimums, certifications, and incoterms change rarely. Availability changes weekly during harvest, which is why the Monday email list exists and why the volume column asks you to check rather than quoting a figure.
