Bulk roasted Indonesian robusta packed in valve foil for wholesale supply

Roasted for repeat wholesale supply

Bulk roasted programmes depend on consistency rather than one successful batch.

We roast on our contract line in Jakarta to an agreed Agtron target, roast curve or approved reference sample. The finished profile is recorded under your programme, the green components and grades are fixed, and each production run is cupped against the retained reference before release.

Choose a single-origin arabica, a robusta for body and crema, or a house blend with the components and ratios stated on the specification sheet.

Choose the programme that fits your business

  • Hotels, cafés and restaurants

House espresso, batch brew and filter coffee supplied in 1 kg valve bags or larger bulk formats.

Choose whole bean or grinding to espresso, moka or filter specification. Arabica, robusta and house blends can be held under a named profile for recurring orders.

  • Vending and office coffee

Robusta-forward profiles developed for body, crema and consistency during longer holding times.

Lampung and Kolaka provide the darkest, heaviest profiles. Java robusta is the smoother option for vending and household-style blends. Coffee can be supplied whole bean or ground to the machine and brew method.

  • Distributors and repackers

Roasted coffee in 5 kg and 10 kg bulk foil for local grinding, repacking or distribution.

We can supply a single origin, a fixed blend or several profiles consolidated into one shipment. The roast date, production batch and underlying green lot remain traceable throughout the programme.

Choose the coffee by what it needs to do

All minimums apply per roast profile and underlying green grade. A medium and dark version of the same coffee count as two production profiles.

  • Dark espresso and vending base

Lampung or Kolaka robusta roasted dark for a heavy body, bitter-chocolate base and persistent crema.

Typical minimum: 1,000 kg per roast profile and green grade.

  • Balanced robusta for smoother blends

Java robusta roasted medium dark for body and crema without the harder edge of a dark Lampung profile.

Typical minimum: 1,000 kg per roast profile and green grade.

  • Smaller island robusta programmes

Bali or Flores robusta for buyers who want a 500 kg starting run, a second supply origin or a gentler robusta component.

Typical minimum: 500 kg per roast profile and green grade.

  • Arabica for house and specialty programmes

Gayo, Ijen, Kintamani, Bajawa and Toraja arabica roasted from light through medium dark for espresso, filter and batch brew.

Typical minimum: 500 kg per profile. Bajawa Flores natural starts at 300 kg.

Your roast profile, repeated

Send us any of the following:

  • An Agtron whole-bean target
  • Your existing roast curve
  • A roasted reference sample
  • A description of the brew method and desired cup
  • The current arabica and robusta ratio in your blend
  • From sample approval to repeat production

We prepare a sample roast, courier it for evaluation and adjust the profile where needed. Approval normally takes one or two sample rounds.

Once approved, the roast is stored as a named profile with its green origin, grade, component ratio, grind and packaging specification. Repeat production is checked against the retained reference rather than relying on roast time alone.

Packaging and grinding

Whole bean is standard. Grinding takes place at packing so the coffee can be sealed immediately after processing. Roast date, production batch and lot number are recorded on the pack.

  • Filter grind
  • Espresso grind
  • Moka grind
  • Vending grind
  • Kopi tubruk grind
  • 1 kg valve bags

For cafés, hotels, office suppliers, distributors and finished wholesale supply. Packed in cartons made up to the agreed case count.

  • 5 kg bulk foil

For horeca kitchens, local grinders and buyers using the coffee in their own production or repacking operation.

  • 10 kg bulk foil

For vending operators, distributors and repackers running higher monthly volumes.

  • Need retail-ready 250 g packs?

Ask about our private-label programme for finished retail packs under your own brand.

How a first order works

  1. 01

    Send the requirement

Tell us the intended use, monthly volume, roast level or reference, whole-bean or ground format, pack size, destination and any certification requirement.

  2. 02

    Compare suitable coffees

We recommend the origins and green grades that fit the cup, budget and required volume. You receive indicative pricing, availability, MOQ and lead time.

  3. 03

    Approve the sample roast

We courier a roasted sample for evaluation and adjust the profile if necessary. The approved sample becomes the retained reference for production.

  4. 04

    Roast, pack and ship

The first production run normally takes two to four weeks, depending on the origin and packaging requirement. Finished coffee is dispatched within seven days of the roast date.

Recurring buyers can reserve a monthly production schedule against an allocated green contract.

Request a bulk roasted coffee programme

Send the coffee, roast profile, monthly volume, and destination. We will reply with a production schedule, terms, and approval-sample options.

Submitting opens the request in your email app so you can review it before sending. We normally reply within one business day and use your details only for this enquiry.

Quality control from green lot to finished pack

The roast can only repeat if the green underneath it is controlled.

Every green lot is graded before production. Arabica specifications include defect count, screen retention, moisture and cup score. Robusta specifications include the SNI grade, screen designation, moisture and the contracted green grade.

For repeat programmes:

  • The approved roast profile is recorded by name
  • Green origins, grades and blend ratios are fixed
  • A reference sample is retained
  • Production batches are cupped before release
  • Roast date and lot number remain traceable
  • Finished coffee is dispatched within seven days of roasting
  • Shelf life

Unopened coffee in one-way valve foil carries a 12-month shelf life under the agreed storage conditions.

Export terms and documentation

Roasted coffee ships under HS 0901.21.

Available shipping terms include:

  • FOB Jakarta
  • CIF to the agreed destination port
  • DAP for qualifying roasted programmes
  • Export document pack

The export document pack can include the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and the certification documents attached to the contracted lot.

  • Certification availability

Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, 4C, ISO 22000 and Halal documentation are available depending on the physical coffee and programme. Certification availability is confirmed before quotation rather than applied as a general claim across every lot.

Frequently asked questions

Minimums, profile matching, blends, grinding, packing, timing and certification.

What is the minimum order for bulk roasted coffee?

The minimum is 500 kg per roast profile on most arabica and island robusta programmes, 1,000 kg on Lampung and Kolaka robusta, and 300 kg on the Bajawa Flores natural arabica. The minimum applies per profile and green grade, not per combined shipment.

Can you match the coffee we currently sell?

Yes. Send an Agtron target, roast curve or roasted reference sample. We normally match and approve the profile across one or two sample rounds, then hold the final specification as a named programme.

Can you develop an arabica and robusta blend?

Yes. Components can be blended before or after roasting. The origin, green grade and component ratio are recorded on the specification sheet so repeat orders use the same recipe.

Can the coffee be supplied pre-ground?

Yes. We grind to filter, espresso, moka, vending or kopi tubruk specification at packing. Tell us the machine or brew method instead of relying only on a general grind description.

Can several coffees share one shipment?

Yes. Several roast profiles can be consolidated into one shipment, provided each profile meets its production minimum.

Can you supply private-label packaging?

Yes. Printed retail and horeca packaging is available through our private-label programme. Unbranded valve foil can be used when the buyer plans to repack locally or while printed artwork is being approved.

How quickly can you produce the first order?

The first production run normally takes two to four weeks after profile and packaging approval. Dispatch takes place within seven days of roasting.

Are roasted samples available before production?

Yes. Sample roasts are couriered before the first production batch. The approved sample is retained as the reference for subsequent production.

Which certifications are available?

Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, 4C and Halal-certified coffee is available on selected physical lots. Confirm the required certification at enquiry stage so availability and documentation can be checked before quoting.
