Kolaka Sulawesi Robusta Roasted Coffee

Dark roasted certified robusta for maximum body, persistent crema and high-caffeine retail or foodservice programmes.

For espresso and retail blends

Choose Java when the blend needs body and crema without a hard robusta edge. Grade 1 or 2 is normally used for premium retail recipes, with the roast held as a named profile for repeat orders.

Choose Kolaka when maximum body, caffeine and dark-roast intensity are the priority.

For soluble coffee and extraction

Kolaka carries the highest caffeine range on our list at 2.3 to 2.8%. Java provides a milder secondary origin where supply diversification matters alongside yield.

Most extraction programmes use Grade 4a or 4b. We confirm moisture, caffeine and screen uniformity on the contracted lot rather than relying on the certification status alone.

For certified private-label coffee

Java and Kolaka can be roasted and packed for retail, horeca, vending or repacking programmes. Available formats include 1 kg valve bags and 10 kg bulk foil.

Use of a Rainforest Alliance or 4C mark on finished packaging depends on the contracted certified content, supply-chain documentation and approval under the relevant programme. Artwork is not released for printing until those requirements have been confirmed.

For recurring supply

Certified volume is allocated at harvest rather than assumed to be available from unrestricted stock. Buyers with annual retail or manufacturing commitments should contract ahead of the Java and Kolaka June-to-October harvest.

Monthly releases can be scheduled against an allocated season contract.
