Can one container include more than one origin?
Yes, when each lot represents a practical volume for milling, packing and pallet allocation. Specialty buyers commonly combine two or three lots while retaining separate lot numbers, grading sheets and bag counts.
How do you make sure the shipment matches the sample?
The approved lot is tied to a specification and retained sample. A pre-shipment sample can be checked against the offer sample before stuffing, and the contracted lot number follows the shipment documents.
Can you quote recurring monthly volume?
Yes. Lampung and Kolaka support the largest robusta programmes, with Java as another recurring-volume option. Specialty and smaller-island lots are allocated around their harvest periods.
Do you publish a fixed price list?
Coffee pricing changes with the crop, grade, certification, volume, freight market and contract period. We provide current quotations with a stated validity period rather than leaving outdated prices online.
Which certifications are available on wholesale import programmes?
Depending on the physical lot, programmes can include Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, 4C, ISO 22000 and Halal documentation. Certification availability must be confirmed for the specific volume and harvest.
Can you roast and pack coffee under our brand?
Yes. We can match an existing roast reference or work to an Agtron target, then pack whole bean or ground coffee in retail, horeca or bulk formats. Artwork, label content and certification-mark use are approved before the first production run.
Can we arrange an independent inspection?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection by an independent surveyor can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost.
