Five origins for distinct coffee programmes
Compare the current crop before choosing a lot. Cup scores are shown as bands because the precise result varies by lot and harvest.
Gayo, Sumatra
Wet-hulled arabica from the Gayo and Lintong highlands, typically cupped at 84 to 86 points.
Its heavier body and traditional giling basah character make it a strong candidate for single-origin espresso and lower-acidity filter programmes.
- Process: Wet hulled
- Typical cup band: 84–86
- Green MOQ: From one 20 ft container
- Grades: 1–6
Ijen, Java
Fully washed arabica from estate blocks above 1,400 metres, typically cupped at 83 to 85 points.
Screen 17 up at 90% retention makes this the most size-uniform arabica on our list, a useful choice when repeatable roast development matters.
- Process: Fully washed

- Screen: 17 up at 90% retention
- Green MOQ: From one 20 ft container
Kintamani, Bali
Washed arabica from subak abian producer groups on the slopes of Mount Batur, typically cupped at 84 to 86 points.

Bajawa, Flores
Natural-dried arabica from the Bajawa plateau, typically cupped at 84 to 86 points.

- Green MOQ: From 9.6 MT
- Availability: Limited seasonal allocations
Toraja, Sulawesi
