  • Specialty Indonesian arabica

    Grade 1 coffees from five islands, cupped at 83 to 87 points. Every offer states the producer group, processing method, defect count, screen retention, moisture and current cup score.

    Suitable for specialty roasters, single-origin ranges and seasonal menus.

  • Indonesian robusta

    Lampung, Java, Bali, Flores and Sulawesi robusta in SNI Grades 1 through 6, including 4a and 4b. Screen size, moisture and caffeine can be specified separately from the defect grade.

  • Contract-roasted and private-label coffee

    Arabica and robusta roasted to your Agtron target or approved reference, then packed in 250 g, 1 kg, 5 kg or 10 kg valve formats.

  • Tell us the specification your intake laboratory, customs representative or compliance team requires. We will confirm what is available before you contract the coffee.

Agree the documentation before the coffee is loaded

Every shipment is tied to its export lot and document set.

The standard commercial pack can include:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Phytosanitary certificate where applicable
  • Bill of lading
  • Container seal and loading photographs
  • Signed grading sheet
  • Moisture and screen-retention record
  • Cupping sheet for arabica
  • Certification transaction documents where applicable

  • For EU-bound programmes, we also record producer or cooperative identity and growing area by lot.

    If your due-diligence process requires plot geolocation, production dates, lot-to-plot allocation, legality records or a particular data template, send the checklist at enquiry stage. We will confirm the availability and completeness of the requested information for the proposed lot before contract.

Support for your EUDR due-diligence process

Coffee is covered by the EU Deforestation Regulation. A general sustainability statement or certification logo is not, by itself, a substitute for the importer's due diligence.

Nusantara Origins can provide the source and shipment information available for a specific contracted lot. The responsible EU operator determines the product's regulatory scope, assesses risk, completes any required mitigation and submits the applicable declaration through the EU Information System.

That is why we agree the data fields and physical supply chain before loading, not after the container is already on the water.

From enquiry to shipment

    Send your buying specification

    Tell us:

    • Green or roasted
    • Arabica or robusta
    • Preferred island or cup profile
    • Grade, screen and moisture requirements
    • Approximate volume
    • Destination port

    • Import, traceability and due-diligence data fields
  2. 02

    Receive a current offer

    We reply with suitable lots, current availability, specifications, minimum order, indicative pricing, lead time and the data available for each lot.

  3. 03

    Approve the sample and document plan

    Green samples are dispatched at 300 g per lot with the grading sheet and cup score where applicable. Roasted sample profiles are available before the first production run.

    Sample courier costs are credited against the first contract.

  4. 04

    Confirm the contracted specification

    The grade, screen, moisture, packaging, incoterm, documentation and agreed source-data fields are recorded with the order.

  5. 05

    Complete pre-shipment verification

    The pre-shipment sample is checked against the approved offer sample. Moisture, screen retention and defect grade are verified before stuffing. Independent inspection at the loading port can be arranged when required.

  6. 06

    Ship with the agreed document pack

    The coffee is loaded with the contracted packaging, container liner, desiccant and moisture controls. The shipment documents remain tied to the same export lot.

The shipment should match the coffee you approved

We retain a sealed sample of every contracted lot.

The offer sample, pre-shipment sample, grading sheet, packing list and shipment records remain tied to the same lot number. If an arrival issue needs investigation, the retained sample provides a reference for comparing the received coffee with the coffee approved before shipment.

Minimum orders

Green coffee normally ships in 60 kg bags.

  • Green coffee

    Most green programmes ship in 60 kg jute bags.

    • Approximately 19.2 MT for a full 20-foot container on most green lots
    • 9.6 MT half-container programmes on selected Bali and Nusa Tenggara lots
    • Mixed-origin containers may be possible where each component has a practical pallet volume

  • Roasted coffee

    Roasted minimums depend on the coffee and profile:

    • From 300 kg on selected Flores natural programmes
    • From 500 kg on most arabica and island robusta profiles
    • From 1,000 kg on Lampung and Kolaka volume robusta profiles

  • Ask us to confirm the minimum and consolidation options for your selected products.

Certification programmes

Depending on the physical lot, programmes may be available under:

  • Organic EU
  • Fairtrade
  • Rainforest Alliance
  • 4C
  • Halal BPJPH

  • ISO 22000 covers the relevant Jakarta handling and grading operation.

    Certification availability and transaction-document validity are confirmed against the specific lot before contracting. Certification can support your procurement and risk assessment, but does not replace the importer's own legal obligations.

Can you certify that a coffee is EUDR compliant?

EUDR compliance is not a blanket supplier certificate. It is a conclusion reached by the responsible EU operator after reviewing the specific product, source information, traceability, legality evidence and identified risks. We confirm which source and shipment information is available for the proposed lot so your team can perform that assessment before contracting.

Can we receive the data before signing a contract?

We can confirm the available fields and agree the required data pack during quotation. The timing and handling of detailed producer or plot information should be recorded in the contract, together with change-control requirements for substitutions or additional producers.

Can one container include several Indonesian origins?

Yes, where every component has a practical volume. Each origin retains its own lot number, grading sheet, bag count and source records.

Do you supply Organic or Fairtrade Indonesian coffee?

Certified programmes are available on selected physical lots, particularly from Bali and other contracted producer groups. Ask for current certified availability rather than relying on a general certification claim.

Which European markets do you currently serve?

Nusantara Origins ships into European markets including the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain. Availability, routing and freight are quoted for your named destination port.
