  • Specialty green arabica

    Single-island arabica from Gayo, Ijen, Kintamani, Bajawa and Toraja for specialty roasters, importers and seasonal single-origin programmes.

    Each offer includes the cup score, defect count, screen retention, moisture, process, crop information and available certification.

  • Green robusta

    Lampung, Java, Bali, Flores and Kolaka robusta in SNI Grades 1 through 6, including 4a and 4b.

    Specify the grade, screen, moisture and caffeine range required by your roastery, extraction plant or blending programme. Recurring volume can be contracted against an agreed monthly shipment schedule.

  • Contract-roasted and private-label coffee

    Choose one of our Indonesian green lots and have it roasted to your Agtron target or approved reference sample.

    Available formats include 250 g and 1 kg valve bags for retail, plus 5 kg and 10 kg foil for horeca, vending and repacking. Coffee can ship as whole bean or ground to filter, espresso, moka or vending specification.

Approve the coffee before you contract the volume

Every offered green lot is graded and cupped in Jakarta before it is quoted.

You receive the specification and sample first. The approved lot number remains tied to the contract, grading sheet and shipment documents.

Before stuffing, we can provide a pre-shipment sample and independently verify:

  • Grade and defect count
  • Screen retention
  • Moisture
  • Cup score or contracted roast profile
  • Packaging and bag count
  • Certification documents, where applicable

  • We retain a sealed reference sample for the life of the contract so an arrival question can be checked against the coffee you originally approved.

Shipping Indonesian coffee to the UK

Green coffee can be quoted FOB, CFR or CIF to your nominated UK port. Roasted programmes can also be quoted DAP where the route and order size permit.

The agreed shipment document pack can include:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Bill of lading
  • Loading and container-seal photographs
  • Signed grading sheet
  • Moisture and cup records
  • Certification transaction documents
  • Additional documents agreed with your customs broker before contracting

  • Green and roasted coffee are imported under different commodity classifications and may produce different landed costs. We can quote both options so your broker can compare them before you decide where the coffee should be roasted and packed.

Minimum orders

  • Green coffee

    Bali and Nusa Tenggara lots can start at approximately 9.6 metric tonnes, or half a 20-foot container, subject to current allocation.

    Most Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi green programmes start at approximately 19.2 metric tonnes. A container can carry more than one lot where the volume per lot is operationally practical.

  • Contract-roasted coffee

    Minimums are set per roast profile:

    • 300 kg on selected Flores arabica programmes
    • 500 kg on most arabica and island robusta profiles
    • 1,000 kg on Lampung and Kolaka volume-robusta profiles

Organic and certified coffee for UK importers

Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and 4C availability is tied to the physical lot and must be confirmed before contract.

For organic consignments entering Great Britain, the UK importer must work through an approved UK organic control body. For eligible lots, we coordinate the exporter-side certification and consignment information required for the Great Britain Certificate of Inspection.

Certification status, control-body recognition and the required document route are confirmed before the coffee is booked.

If the destination is Northern Ireland, tell us at enquiry stage because the organic-document and food-labelling routes differ from those used for Great Britain.

Private-label coffee for the UK market

We can prepare print-ready packaging around your approved artwork and roast programme.

The artwork file can accommodate:

  • Product name
  • Net quantity
  • Roast and lot identification
  • Best-before and storage information
  • Country-of-origin wording
  • UK importer or food-business-operator address
  • Approved certification marks
  • Barcode and case information

  • Your UK importer or regulatory adviser remains responsible for approving the final market-facing label before printing. We proof the production artwork and hold the approved film for repeat orders.

    We allocate the lot, complete the pre-shipment checks and issue the agreed document pack. Repeat orders can run against a fixed allocation and shipment schedule.

Can you quote CIF to a UK port?

Yes. Green coffee can be quoted FOB, CFR or CIF. Send your nominated UK port and expected volume so freight can be included in the offer.

Can we receive samples before committing to a container?

Yes. Green samples are dispatched at 300 g per lot with the grading sheet and cup data. Courier cost is credited against the first contract. Roasted profile-approval samples are arranged according to the programme.

Can a UK shipment combine several Indonesian coffee origins?

Yes, provided each lot represents a practical quantity. Each coffee retains its own lot number, grading sheet, bag count and retained sample.

Can you supply recurring monthly volume?

Yes. Industrial robusta and repeat roasting programmes can be contracted against a monthly release schedule with an allocated green supply.

Can you provide organic coffee for the UK?

Eligible organic lots are available subject to allocation and control-body recognition. Your UK business must hold the appropriate importer certification, and every organic consignment requires the applicable inspection documentation.
