Wholesale Roasted Indonesian Coffee, Private Label

Our green lots run on a 30 kg contract line to an agreed Agtron target, packed in one-way valve foil and dispatched within seven days of roast.

These are the same single island lots we export green, roasted on our Jakarta contract line and packed ready to sell. Buyers here are typically retail brands, horeca distributors, and offices or hotel groups that want Indonesian coffee in a bag with their own name on it rather than a container of raw beans. Minimums start at 500 kg per profile, 300 kg on Flores arabica, roast level is agreed as an Agtron whole bean target before production, and every batch ships within seven days of its roast date.

  • From 500 kg per roast profile
  • 250 g to 10 kg valve packs

Send the origin, roast target, grind, and pack size. We normally reply within one business day.

How a contract roast is set up

You either give us an Agtron whole bean target or send a roasted reference you already sell. We roast a sample batch, send it, and adjust until the sample is signed off, which usually takes one or two rounds. The approved curve is then logged and repeated batch to batch, with roast date and batch number printed on the pack. Because the green is our own contracted lot, a repeat order in six months starts from the same coffee rather than whatever the market offered that week.

Packing formats and shelf life

Standard formats are 250 g and 1 kg one-way valve foil for retail and cafe use, and 5 or 10 kg bulk foil for horeca, vending, and further packing. The valve lets carbon dioxide out without letting oxygen in, which is what supports the 12 month unopened shelf life we print. Whole bean is the default; we grind to filter, moka, espresso, or vending fineness on request, with the caveat that ground coffee stales considerably faster once opened.

Private label, artwork, and compliance

Print-ready artwork must clear before the first production roast, including your barcode, net weight declaration, and any market specific labelling your importer requires. Unbranded stock packaging is available while artwork is in approval so a launch is not held up by a print run. Cartons are made up to your case count, and pallet configuration is agreed at proforma stage so it matches your warehouse racking.

Frequently asked questions

Ordering, samples, shipping, and payment.

What is the minimum order for roasted coffee per profile?

500 kg per roast profile on most lots, and 1,000 kg on the dark robusta profiles that run as a dedicated batch. Flores arabica starts lower at 300 kg because the green allocation itself is small. Several profiles can be combined into one shipment to reach a sensible freight volume.

How fresh is roasted coffee when it leaves Indonesia?

Every batch is dispatched within seven days of its roast date, and both the roast date and batch number are printed on the pack. In one-way valve foil, unopened shelf life is 12 months. Sea freight to Europe takes four to five weeks, so plan the arrival window against your own on-shelf freshness policy.

Can you supply ground coffee rather than whole bean?

Yes. We grind to filter, moka pot, espresso, traditional tubruk, or vending fineness on request, and grind is set per batch rather than per shipment. Whole bean holds aroma far longer once the pack is opened, so most wholesale buyers take whole bean and grind at their own site or at the point of sale.

What do you need before a private label roast can start?

Print-ready artwork with your barcode, net weight declaration, and any market specific labelling, plus a signed sample batch approving the roast level. Artwork must clear before the first production roast. Unbranded stock packaging is available in the meantime so a launch date does not depend on a print run.
